Prof. Bin Jiang

Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor, Director of the National Key Laboratory of Helicopter Dynamics, IEEE Fellow, Fellow of the International Academy of Systems and Cybernetic Sciences, Fellow of the Chinese Association of Automation, Fellow of the Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association. Currently serves as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, previously served as Vice President and Dean of the College of Automation Engineering. Research interests include fault diagnosis, fault-tolerant control, and their applications in aerospace systems.

Prof. Yuanfu Zhao

China Tri-River Aerospace Group, China


Chief Technologist at CASC Ninth Academy, Director of the National Key Laboratory of Micro/Nano Fabrication Technology (Peking University), and Dean of the School of Integrated Circuits, NUAA. Over 40 years of research in radiation-hardened integrated circuits for aerospace applications. Led development of China's first space-grade microprocessor and the world's first single-event hardened SRAM-based FPGA. Built domestic aerospace IC product family, widely used in BeiDou, space station, lunar and Mars exploration, and strategic weapons. Received the National Technology Invention Award (First Prize), National Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Prize), China Patent Gold Award, and multiple provincial/ministerial first prizes. Honored with the Ho Leung Ho Lee Prize, National Innovation Medal, May Day Labor Medal, and Qian Xuesen Outstanding Contribution Award. Principal investigator of two National 973 Projects, holds over 100 patents, published 150+ papers, and edited 3 national standards.

Former Chair of Aerospace Engineering (Wichita State), Executive Director of the National Institute for Aviation Research, and Bloomfield Distinguished Professor. Recipient of numerous awards including ASME Fluids Engineering Award, AIAA Aerodynamics Award, SAE International Medal of Honor, AIAA Reed Aeronautics Award, and Royal Aeronautical Society Gold Award. Research interests include computational fluid dynamics, aerodynamics, and energy systems.

Prof. Haibin Duan 

Beihang University, China


Professor (Grade II) and Doctoral Supervisor in Navigation, Guidance, and Control at Beihang University, National Leading Talent. Director of the Swarm Intelligent Unmanned Systems direction at the National Key Laboratory of Integrated Aircraft Control, Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Visual Computing and Human-Machine Intelligence (MIIT), Chief Science Communication Expert of CAST (6th batch), and Mentor of CAST/MOE Elite Program. Research focuses on bio-inspired intelligent autonomous control of UAVs.

Led projects including NSFC Original Exploration Program (Key Project), NSFC Major Research Plan Key Project, NSFC Key Project, and National Key R&D Program. Published 90+ SCI papers in NSR, Research, AIAA JGCD, IEEE Transactions, etc., and authored 5 academic monographs including Autonomous Control for UAV Aerial Refueling, Swarm Intelligence Based Autonomous Control for UAV Swarms, and Bird Flock Inspired Autonomous Control for Manned/Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Swarm. Co-editor of the Advanced Guidance, Navigation and Control Technologies for Aerospace book series.

Prof. Hairong Dong

Tongji University, China


Distinguished Professor and Dean of the College of Electronic and Information Engineering at Tongji University, National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars recipient, Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor, IEEE/CAA Fellow. Ph.D. from Peking University (2002, supervised by Academician Lin Huang). Research focuses on autonomous perception and cooperative control, industrial AI, and intelligent transportation systems.
Led major projects including NSFC Major Program, National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and Major Instrument Development Projects. Published 300+ papers, authorized 100+ national invention patents. Received the National Science and Technology Progress Award (Second Prize), Ministry of Education Outstanding Achievement Award (First Prize), CAA Technical Invention Award (First Prize), and CAA Progress Award (First Prize). Supervised 2 recipients of the BOXIN Postdoctoral Program and 2 recipients of the CAA Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award.

Prof. Xinyu Wu

Ph.D., Professor, National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars recipient, Expert of the National Key R&D Program for Intelligent Robotics during the 14th Five-Year Plan. Joined SIAT-CAS in 2009, currently serves as Dean of the Institute of Intelligent and Biomimetic Systems, Director of the Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory of Robotics and Intelligent Systems, and Chair of the Intelligent Vehicle and Robotics Committee of CISS.
Published 36 IEEE Transactions papers as first/corresponding author, 8 ESI highly cited papers, authorized 80+ patents, and named to Stanford's Top 2% Scientists list three times. Led 18 national/provincial projects including NSFC Key Projects and National Key R&D Programs. Developed 7 types of exoskeleton robots for rehabilitation, emergency rescue, border patrol, and industrial applications. Received 6 medical device certifications for rehabilitation exoskeletons, deployed in hundreds of hospitals. Ranked first in receiving 10 provincial/ministerial awards including Guangdong Technical Invention Award (First Prize) and Guangdong Science and Technology Progress Award (First Prize).

Prof. Tengfei Liu 

Northeastern University, China


Professor at the State Key Laboratory of Synthetical Automation for Process Industries, Northeastern University. Ph.D. from Australian National University (2011). Research focuses on stability and control of networked nonlinear systems, with applications in industrial processes and unmanned systems. Contributed to the extension of nonlinear small-gain theorems to networked interconnected systems, and conducted in-depth research on quantized control, event-triggered control, distributed cooperative control and optimization, and safety control.

Received the National Natural Science Award (Second Prize) and multiple Best Paper Awards at international conferences. Led national-level projects including the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, NSFC Key Projects, and NSFC Innovative Research Group projects. Serves as Associate Editor for IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control and other international journals.

Prof. Huaicheng Yan

Ph.D., Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, IET Fellow, selected for MOST Young and Mid-Aged Innovation Leader, Shanghai Leading Talent, Shanghai Outstanding Academic Leader, CAA Young Scientist, Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher, China Highly Cited Scholar, and Stanford Top 2% Scientists Lifetime List. Also serves as Adjunct Supervisor at Qilu University of Technology (Shandong Academy of Sciences). Research focuses on intelligent inspection and maintenance of power systems, power embodied AI, AI, UAVs, robotics, control and optimization of new power systems, energy internet, swarm intelligence, big data analytics, and medical-engineering cross-disciplinary applications.
Led 60+ national and provincial projects including 5 NSFC projects (1 Key Project) and National Key R&D Program. Published 6 monographs, 300+ papers in Automatica and IEEE Transactions, h-index 74 with 19,000+ Google Scholar citations. Two papers selected as "China's Top 100 Most Influential International Papers," 40+ ESI Highly Cited Papers, 20+ ESI Hot Papers, and 10+ Best Paper Awards.

Professor (Grade II), Doctoral Supervisor, Head of the Department of Intelligent Systems and Systems Engineering, National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars recipient, Deputy Director of the MOE Engineering Research Center for Autonomous Intelligent Unmanned Systems. Ph.D. from Shanghai Jiao Tong University (2008). Research focuses on multi-agent coordinated control theory and its applications in unmanned surface vehicle (USV) swarm coordination.

Received the National Natural Science Award (Second Prize), MOE Natural Science Award (First Prize), Hubei Natural Science Award (First Prize), and Guangdong Technical Invention Award (First Prize). Named to Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher, Elsevier China Highly Cited Scholar, ScholarGPS Top 0.05% Scholar, and Stanford Top 2% Scientist lists. Led 8 NSFC projects and 1 National Key R&D Program International Cooperation Key Project. Published 300+ SCI papers, including 30+ ESI Highly Cited Papers and 100+ IEEE Transactions papers.

Ph.D., Professor at Shenyang Institute of Automation, CAS. Ph.D., Master's, and Bachelor's degrees from Harbin Institute of Technology. Visiting scholar at the Laboratory for Computational Sensing and Robotics, Johns Hopkins University (2014-2015). Director of the Liaoning Provincial Key Laboratory of Minimally Invasive Surgical Robotics, Standing Committee Member of the AI and Medical Robotics Working Committee (China Medical Equipment Association), and Director of the Shenyang Collaborative Innovation Center for Laparoscopic Surgical Robotics. Selected as "Xingliao Talents" Leading Talent and Liaoning Provincial Thousand-Level Talent.
Over 20 years of research on flexible robots. Led 30 national/provincial projects including 2 National Key R&D Programs, 7 NSFC projects (including 1 Distinguished Young Scholars Program, 1 Regional Joint Key Program, 2 General Programs, 1 Youth Program, 2 Emergency Programs), and 1 National Key Technology R&D Program. Research covers flexible mechanism configuration, precision perception, and intelligent control, applied to surgical robots and snake-like inspection robots for aero-engines. Developed a digestive endoscopy robot that completed the world's first human clinical trial and 5G remote clinical trial in collaboration with Chinese PLA General Hospital, successfully performing 36 complex surgeries in the deep biliary and pancreatic regions.
